Executive Administrator - Supporting Senior School Leadership

The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative and organisational support across the Senior School, balancing dedicated assistance to the Head and Deputy Head of Senior School with broader leadership and school-wide coordination.
This role combines executive-level support with wider administrative responsibilities, acting as a key point of contact for students, families, staff and external stakeholders. The role also includes responsibility for key VASS administration processes, supporting accurate student data management, enrolments, results entry and provision of information for VCE assessment and examination requirements.
The position plays a central role in ensuring the Senior School operates smoothly, efficiently and in alignment with Westbourne’s values.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior administrative, PA or Executive Support role, ideally within a busy, service-focused or educational environment, is required.
